Membership renewals change
National AU has moved to a new membership renewal system based on individual membership expiration date, rather than automatically using January as the primary renewal month for all members, as had been done in the past. They have assigned an "Expire Date" to each member in their database based on previous giving patterns. Two to three months prior to the actual Expire Date, they will mail each member a clearly-marked renewal request, as well as including an insert in Church & State reminding each member when it is time to renew. They will continue to send clearly-marked renewal requests until the member renews; then they will mail their regular updates and informational/additional gift letters until it is time for the member to renew again in the next year.
